Justin N. Nseya is the Founder and Group Chief Executive of Groupe Nseya and JNN Global Ltd, an international portfolio of technology, investment and project-development ventures operating between the United Kingdom, the Democratic Republic of Congo and wider global markets.

His professional career includes more than fourteen years of leadership across complex construction, energy, grid, transport and mission-critical infrastructure programmes in the United Kingdom and Europe. His experience covers multidisciplinary project delivery, governance, commercial control, risk management, technology integration and the leadership of high-value operational environments.

Building on this experience, Justin established a growing portfolio of AI-powered and digitally enabled ventures across education, travel, entrepreneurship, commerce, mobility, payments, health, government services, energy and sustainability.

His approach combines the discipline of major-project delivery with the speed and ambition of technology entrepreneurship. Rather than treating innovation as an abstract concept, he focuses on practical systems capable of improving services, creating employment, unlocking investment and supporting economic growth.
